We use a small welder to fuse a jump ring connecting your chain ends. It’s fast, safe and painless.

Our pricing depends on the metal and type of jewelry you choose.  

14kt Gold-Filled and Rose Gold: 

• Rings – $20 
• Bracelets – $70–$75 
• Anklets – $80–$85 
• Necklaces & Body Jewelry – $10 per inch

Sterling Silver: 

• Rings – $20 
• Bracelets – $65 
• Anklets – $75 
• Necklaces & Body Jewelry – $10 per inch 

We offer a variety of beautiful add-ons to personalize your piece: 

• Clasps – $5 
• Connectors – $15–$20 
• Sparks (Charms) – $15–$20 

Order 3 or more connectors or charms and receive $5 off your total. 

Order 5 or more and receive $10 off your total. 

Yes. If you ever decide to take it off, you can snip the jump ring with scissors at home. Save the chain and we’ll re‑weld it for you later for a small fee.

No problem — you can browse all our chains in person at one of our pop-ups or markets! We’ll help you find a style, metal, and fit that feels just right. 

Keep the chain and contact us. We’ll happily re‑weld it for a small fee.  

If the jewelry breaks at the welded jump ring, we will always cover it. Just bring it back for a new weld. 

Yes! Kids 10 and under receive 15% off any permanent jewelry piece. Discount does not apply to add-ons. 

Yes. Our sterling silver and 14k gold-filled chains are intended for everyday wear. We’ll give you tips on how to keep them looking their best. 

Absolutely. If your piece doesn’t feel right or needs adjusting, book a quick repair appointment or drop in during one of our events. 

Yes. We work out of our studio at Unit 5, 110 Industrial Road in Steinbach, Manitoba. Because each piece is custom-made, we operate by appointment only. We don’t keep regular retail hours or accept walk-ins at this time, so please book a time before stopping by. We’re happy to welcome you when you have a slot reserved.
